Students from the same school that plan to attend an AHPI conference should get a signed letter from their Instructor, on their school letter head, with a list of all their names on it.
The letter must be faxed immediately to AHPI. The fax must have a cover sheet with the instructions "ATTENTION: Allied Health Professional Institute" printed on it and the sender's name. The fax number for AHPI is 770 422-0338.
The signed letter must then be post to:
